Join Alex in this intense experience to find your inner vision through the street photography narrative and documenting the human condition in the vibrant barrio of Zona Rosa, Mexico City as it comes to life during the blue hour.

Zona Rosa (Pink Zone) is a vibrant barrio, full of bars, clubs and teeming with people. It is also been the heart of the LGBTQ community in Mexico City. In recent years it has also been a neighborhood where many Koreans have settled. 

The main goals of this workshop are:

– Creating street photos of documentary value
– To increase the understanding of the process behind creating reportages and building a successful photographic project
– To help photographers becoming sensitive and conscious visual storytellers able to recognize when they have a good picture, with  real value and impact on the audience
– Alex believes in mentorship that goes beyond just the workshop. You will have the opportunity to build an ongoing mentor-mentee relationship going forward if you so desire at no extra cost

Recommended equipment
Any camera and lens are fine, would recommend the 24 to 35mm range. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
